Over 11 years experience as a BBC News journalist, plus several years as management - gaining experience in leading teams, maintaining calm under pressure and working to tight deadlines.

Member of the Association of Facilitators, trained within the BBC to turn regular meetings into creative spaces where voices would be heard with new ideas encouraged and explored.
