Return Policy

At GeetLush, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive an item that is not as described or you wish to return it for any reason, please read our returns policy carefully to understand the conditions for returning artwork, jewellery and event tickets.

 

Event Ticket Returns

 

For event tickets purchased from GeetLush:

 

Refund Deadline: Tickets can be refunded up to 72 hours before the start of the event. After that time, no refunds are possible due to the significant preparations involved for each sold place at each session.

 

Refund Process: Refunds for event tickets will be instantly processed online by us. Any delay in receiving the refund is attributable to the payment system chosen by the buyer.

 

Artwork Returns

 

If you receive artwork that is not as described or is damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

 

Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at hello@geetlush.com within 2 working days of receiving the artwork to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

 

Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your claim is eligible. Do not return the artwork until you receive authorization.

 

Return Shipment: Pack the artwork securely and include all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

 

Timeframe for Returns: Refunds for artwork can be accepted if the buyer contacts us within 2 working days of receiving the item to express dissatisfaction. Returns must be initiated within 2 working days of us authorising the return.

 

Inspection: Once we receive the returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. If approved, we will process your refund.

 

Refund: You will receive a refund for the full purchase price, including the original shipping cost if the item was damaged during transport, within 2 business days of our approval.

 

Jewellery Returns

 

For jewellery, if you receive an item that is not as described or you are unhappy with your purchase, you may be eligible for a return under the following conditions:

 

Contact Us: Contact our customer support team at hello@geetlush.com within 2 working days of receiving the jewellery to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

 

Return Authorization: We will review your request and provide you with a return authorization if your claim is eligible. Do not return the jewellery until you receive authorization.

 

Return Shipment: Pack the jewellery securely and include all original packaging and accessories. Return shipping costs must be covered by the buyer.

 

Hygiene Exception: Please note that pierced ear earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless they are received in a damaged or defective condition.
